What is the best all purpose tactical knife?

I am looking for an all purpose tactical style knife. The criteria is that it has to have a blade that is very strong and holds a very good edge that can be used outdoors, such as Bucks 420 High Carbon Stainless Steel. The handle has to have a clip and it can be made fro any material. It has to be under 200 dollars. I have tried the Benchmade Prestido and the blade broke on the first day of use. Any Suggestions?
